Effects and Recommendation :
Resulting In: liver damage Carbamazepine may reduce the pharmacologic effects of Acetaminophen. Chronic use of Carbamazepine may increase risk of Acetaminophen induced liver toxicity.
No monitoring or adjustment appear to be necessary at regular doses.
