Effects and Recommendation :
Resulting In: liver damage Acetaminophen may reduce the pharmacologic effects of Phenobarbital. Chronic use of Phenobarbital may increase risk of Acetaminophen induced liver toxicity.
No monitoring or adjustment appear to be necessary at regular doses.
