Effects and Recommendation :
Resulting In: death, dehydration, diarrhea, necrotizing enterocolitis Leucovorin Calcium can increase the serum levels of 5-fluorouracil 5-FU (capecitabine is a prodrug of 5-FU) and the risk of toxicity.
Avoid combining these drugs if possible. Monitor serum levels of 5-FU and adjust dose as necessary.
