Home : D : Danazol : Carbamazepine and Danazol
Effects and Recommendation :
Danazol may increase the serum levels and pharmacological and adverse effects of Carbamazepine.
Avoid combination if possible. If combination is used, monitor CARBAMAZEPINE levels and observe the patient for signs of toxicity. Adjustment of CARBAMAZEPINE dose may be required when starting or stopping DANAZOL therapy.
