Effects and Recommendation :
Concomitant use of Deferoxamine Mesylate and Ascorbic Acid may impair cardiac function.
This usually occurs with high dose VITAMIN C (more than 500mg/day). Use with caution. Cardiac dysfunction was reversible when VITAMIN C was discontinued.
