Carbamazepine and Felbamate

Effects and Recommendation :
Carbamazepine may reduce the serum levels and pharmacological effects of Felbamate. Felbamate may reduce the serum levels and pharmacological effects of Carbamazepine.
Monitor patients for changes in seizure control. Adjust dose as necessary.
