Effects and Recommendation :
Gabapentin may increase the serum levels and pharmacological and adverse effects of Felbamate. Gabapentin may reduce the clearance, prolong the half-life and increase the serum levels of Felbamate.
Monitor patient response to FELBAMATE when starting or stopping GABAPENTIN. This combination may be beneficial in epileptic patients.
