Effects and Recommendation :
Felbamate can increase the serum levels of Primidone and increase the risk of toxicity.
Monitor PHENOBARBITAL/PRIMIDONE level and patient response. Adjust dose of either FELBAMATE or PRIMIDONE as needed.
