Home : F : Fentanyl : Amiodarone HCl and Fentanyl
Effects and Recommendation : Resulting In: Hypotension, Sinus arrest, bradycardia Combining Amiodarone HCl and Fentanyl can result in bradycardia, sinus arrest and hypotension.
Monitor hemodynamic function, and administer inotropic, chronotropic, and pressor support as indicated. The bradycardia is usually unresponsive to atropine. Large doses of Vasopressors eg. Epinephrine have been used.
