Effects and Recommendation :
Gemfibrozil may reduce the serum levels and pharmacological effects of Cyclosporine.
Monitor CYCLOSPORINE level and adjust CYCLOSPORINE dose as needed. Watch patient response to CYCLOSPORINE and signs of toxicity or organ rejection when adding GEMFIBROZIL to regimen or discontinuing GEMFIBROZIL from regimen.
