Home : G : Gemfibrozil : Gemfibrozil and Repaglinide
Effects and Recommendation :
Gemfibrozil may inhibit the metabolism and increase the serum concentration of Repaglinide.
If combination is needed, monitor blood glucose closely and lower dose of repaglinide if needed. Fenofibrate may be a better option.
