Effects and Recommendation :
Resulting In: Hypoglycemia Gemfibrozil may increase hypoglycemic effects of Glyburide.
Monitor blood sugar level when adding or stopping GEMFIBROZIL to regimen. Adjust GLYBURIDE dose as needed.
