Effects and Recommendation :
Resulting In: hypoglycemia Gemfibrozil may inhibit the metabolism and increase the serum concentration of Rosiglitazone.
If combination is needed, monitor blood glucose closely and lower dose of Avandia if needed by 50-70%. Fenofibrate may be a better option.
