Effects and Recommendation :
Haloperidol may reduce the pharmacologic effects of Apomorphine HCl.
Dopamine antagonists (phenothiazines, butyrophenones, thioxanthenes, metoclopramide): may diminish the effectiveness of apomorphine. Use only if potential benefits outweigh the risks.
