Effects and Recommendation :
Resulting In: confusion, difficulty with concentration Fluvoxamine Maleate may increase the serum levels and pharmacological and adverse effects of Haloperidol.
Monitor side effects when using this combination. For patient already on FLUVOXAMINE, may require a lower starting dose of HALOPERIDOL. For patient on HALOPERIDOL, adjust HALOPERIDOL dose when starting or stopping FLUVOXAMINE.
