Effects and Recommendation :
Torsades de pointes Use of Ibutilide Fumarate with Cisapride may increase the risk of life-threatening cardiac arrhythmias, including torsades de pointes.
CISAPRIDE is contraindicated in GROUP I and GROUP III ANTIARRHYTHMIC agents.
