Effects and Recommendation :
Torsades de pointes Use of Ibutilide Fumarate with Grepafloxacin may increase the risk of life-threatening cardiac arrhythmias, including torsades de pointes.
GREPAFLOXACIN is contraindicated in patients receiving GROUP Ia and GROUP III ANTIARRHYTHMICS.
