Fluvoxamine Maleate and Imipramine HCl

Effects and Recommendation :
Resulting In: Tricyclic antidepressant toxicity Fluvoxamine Maleate may increase the pharmacologic and toxic effects of Imipramine HCl
Avoid this combination if possible. Lower the dose of TCA when use with FLUVOXAMINE. Monitor TCA level and signs of toxicity. Desipramine may be a safer alternative.
