Effects and Recommendation :
Resulting In: Tricyclic antidepressant toxicity, Serotonin syndrome Paroxetine may increase the pharmacologic and toxic effects of Imipramine HCl
Monitor TCA level and observe for signs of toxicity. May need to discontinue TCA if adverese effects are severe.
