Effects and Recommendation :
Resulting In: Drug-induced cardiotoxicity Indinavir may increase the serum levels of Astemizole and increase the risk of toxicity.
Avoid this combination, it is contraindicated. Use safer alternatives such as Cetirizine (Zyrtec), Fexofenadine (Allegra) or Loratadine (Claritin).
