Effects and Recommendation :
Ketoconazole may increase the serum levels of Alfuzosin and increase the risk of toxicity.
UROXATRAL should not be used with potent CYP3A4 inhibitors such as KETOCONAZOLE, ITRACONAZOLE or RITONAVIR.
