Effects and Recommendation :
Ketoconazole may inhibit the metabolism and increase the serum concentration of Eplerenone.
Contraindicated in potent CYP3A4 inhibitors (KETOCONAZOLE, ITRACONAZOLE). Use with caution in less potent CYP3A4 inhibitors (ERYTHROMYCIN, SAQUINAVIR, VERAPAMIL, FLUCONAZOLE).
