Ketoconazole and Isoniazid

Effects and Recommendation :
Isoniazid may reduce the pharmacologic effects of Ketoconazole.
Avoid this combination if possible. Monitor KETOCONAZOLE level and antifungal activity and adjust doasage if needed.
