Effects and Recommendation :
Nafcillin Sodium may increase or decrease blood levels of Cyclosporine.
Manage: Consider giving an alternative antibiotic for NAFCILLIN in the treatment of, or prophylaxis against, staphylococcal infection in patients receiving CYCLOSPORINE.
