Effects and Recommendation :
Resulting In: CNS depression Cimetidine may enhance the pharmacological and toxic effects of Nalbuphine.
Monitor patient response and signs of toxicity. Discontinue either drugs if needed. Give a Narcotic Antagonist eg. Naloxone if indicated.
