Home : O : Olanzapine : Olanzapine and Dopamine HCl
Effects and Recommendation :
Coadministration of Olanzapine and Dopamine HCl may enhance the hypotensive effect. Olanzapine can reverse the pharmacological effects of Dopamine HCl.
Use with caution. Monitor patient response and adjust therapy if needed. Do not use dopamine in the setting of olanzapine overdose secondary to worsening hypotension.
