Resulting In: Methotrexate toxicity Omeprazole can increase the serum levels of Methotrexate and increase the risk of toxicity.
Stop OMEPRAZOLE a few days before METHOTREXATE therapy. Consider using an alternative therapy such as Cimetidine, Ranitidine instead of OMEPRAZOLE.
