Effects and Recommendation :
Cisplatin may increase the myelosuppressive effects of Paclitaxel and possibly increase the risk of toxicity.
Myelosuppression seems to be more profound when PACLITAXEL was given AFTER CISPLATIN than with PACLITAXEL given before CISPLATIN.
