Effects and Recommendation :
Resulting In: Fatigue, Insomnia, Dizziness, confusion, nervousness, shortness of breath Quinidine may increase the serum levels and pharmacological and adverse effects of Dextromethorphan HBr.
Monitor for DEXTROMETHORPHAN side effects and reduce dose as needed.
