Home : Q : Quinidine : Disopyramide Phosphate and Quinidine
Effects and Recommendation :
Disopyramide Phosphate may reduce the serum levels and pharmacological effects of Quinidine. Quinidine can increase the serum levels of Disopyramide Phosphate and increase the risk of toxicity.
Monitor patient for DISOPYRAMIDE toxicity when starting QUINIDINE. May need to reduce the dose of DISOPYRAMIDE.
