Effects and Recommendation :
Resulting In: Hypotension, Arrhythmias, gastrointestinal distress, weakness Quinidine may enhance the pharmacological and toxic effects of Procainamide HCl.
Monitor PROCAINAMIDE level and cardiac functions. Adjust PROCAINAMIDE dose as needed.
