Effects and Recommendation :
Quinidine may increase serum concentrations of Propafenone HCl. Quinidine may increase the pharmacological effects of Propafenone HCl.
Monitor cardiac function. May need to reduce PROPAFENONE dose or reduce dosing frequency.
