Effects and Recommendation :
Diltiazem HCl may enhance the pharmacological and toxic effects of Quinidine.
Monitor QUINIDINE level and cardiac functions when starting, stopping or changing DILTIAZEM dose. Adjust QUINIDINE dose as needed.
