Quinidine and Nifedipine

Effects and Recommendation :
Nifedipine may reduce the serum levels and pharmacological effects of Quinidine. Quinidine may increase the pharmacological effects of Nifedipine.
No special precautions necessary. Monitor QUINIDINE level when starting or stopping NIFEDIPINE. Adjust QUINIDINE dosage as needed.
