Effects and Recommendation :
Concomitant use of Sildenafil Citrate and Tamsulosin HCl may cause an additional reduction in blood pressure.
Postural hypotension and dizziness may occur with this combination. Take Viagra 4 hours after a dose of tamsulosin and tell patients to sit up slowly from a supine postion.
