Effects and Recommendation :
Coadministration of Tenofovir Disoproxil/Emtricitabine and Valacyclovir may increase the serum levels of both Tenofovir Disoproxil/Emtricitabine and Valacyclovir.
Coaministration of renally eliminated drugs, may increase the serum levels of one or both drugs. Monitor for adverse events and adjust dose accordingly.
