Effects and Recommendation :
Concurrent use of Valproate Sodium and Tiagabine may reduce the protein binding of Tiagabine. Tiagabine may reduce serum levels of Valproate Sodium.
An increased risk of tiagabine adverse effects. Monitor for excessive adverse effects (dizziness, drowsiness, nausea, etc)
