Effects and Recommendation : Resulting In: Serotonin syndrome Concomitant use of Tramadol and Venlafaxine HCl may cause "serotonin syndrome" including irritability, weakness, tremor, muscle spasm and loss of consciousness.
Monitor patient for adverse effects. Discontinue SEROTONIN agent if interaction occurs. More studies are needed to confirm this interaction.
