Effects and Recommendation :
Resulting In: Serotonin syndrome Concomitant use of Sibutramine and Venlafaxine HCl may cause "serotonin syndrome" including irritability, weakness, tremor, muscle spasm and loss of consciousness.
Use of this drug combination is not recommended unless clinically indicated. Monitor patient closely for adverse effects.
