Effects and Recommendation : Resulting In: Serotonin syndrome Concomitant use of Sumatriptan Succinate and Venlafaxine HCl may cause "serotonin syndrome" including irritability, weakness, tremor, muscle spasm and loss of consciousness.
Avoid this combination if possible. Start with low dose and monitor patient closely.
