Effects and Recommendation : Resulting In: Serotonin syndrome Concomitant use of Trazodone HCl and Venlafaxine HCl may cause "serotonin syndrome" including irritability, weakness, tremor, muscle spasm and loss of consciousness. Venlafaxine HCl may increase the serum levels of Traz
Avoid this combination if possible; if not , start with a low dose of TRAZODONE.
