Ascorbic Acid and Warfarin Sodium

Effects and Recommendation :
Ascorbic Acid can reduce the anticoagulant effects of Warfarin Sodium.
No changes necessary except when patient is taking a large dose (>5gm/day) of ACCORBIC ACID.
