Glutethimide and Warfarin Sodium

Effects and Recommendation :
Glutethimide may inhibit the pharmacological action of Warfarin Sodium.
Monitor anticoagulant activity and prothrombin time. Adjust the dose of COUMARIN ANTICOAGULANT if needed. Consider using an alternative sedative such as Benzodiazepines.
