Effects and Recommendation :
Resulting In: increased bleeding tendencies Ifosfamide may increase the anticoagulant effects of Warfarin Sodium.
Monitor prothrombin time when starting or stopping IFOSFAMIDE. Adjust WARFARIN dose as needed.
