Effects and Recommendation :
Imatinib mesylate can increase the anticoagulant effects of Warfarin Sodium.
Patients who require anticoagulation should receive low-molecular weight or standard heparin if possible. If warfarin is preferred, then monitor INR/PT carefully and adjust dose accordingly.
