Propoxyphene HCl and Warfarin Sodium

Effects and Recommendation :
Resulting In: hemorrhage Propoxyphene HCl can increase the anticoagulant effects of Warfarin Sodium.
Monitor clotting time regularly. May need to decrease the dose of WARFARIN.
