Effects and Recommendation :
Simvastatin can increase the anticoagulant effects of Warfarin Sodium.
Monitor coagulation factors when starting or stopping HMG-CoA REDUCTASE INHIBITOR. Atorvastatin, Cerivastatin and Pravastatin do not seem to interact with WARFARIN.
