Sucralfate and Warfarin Sodium

Effects and Recommendation :
Sucralfate can reduce the anticoagulant effects of Warfarin Sodium.
Monitor anticoagulation factors and adjust WARFARIN dose if needed. Separate administration time of this 2 agents by at least 2 hours.
