Effects and Recommendation :
Amiodarone HCl can increase the anticoagulant effects of Warfarin Sodium.
Reduction in dose of ANTICOAGULANT is usually required (25 to 50% reduction is typical). Monitor anticoagulation factors closely (especially for the first 2 to 4 weeks of combined therapy) and adjust WARFARIN dose as needed. (The interaction can persists
