Resulting In: Hemorrhage Celecoxib can increase the anticoagulant effects of Warfarin Sodium.
Monitor INR/PT carefully when starting or stopping CELECOXIB therapy in combination with WARFARIN. Adjust WARFARIN dose as needed.
